Vendor Hours

The vendor area of the main show floor will be open to attendees from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday. All vendors should be open for business during these hours.


Electrical Access

Fifteen Dynasty has arranged for electrical power to be available any vendor’s booth needed. It is included in the cost of the booth package. ( UPON REQUEST )


Vendor Car and Truck Parking

Parking spaces are limited due to mall area and traffic flow, however there is a parking garage in the area $3.00 ALL DAY PARKING No overnight camping is allowed in the parking area.


Wifi Internet Access

UPON REQUEST WILL ACCESS THE PASSCODE


Fire Code

The New York City fire code specifies certain rules for exhibitors at the convention center. All exhibitors should familiarize themselves the New York City Convention Center's Fire Marshal Guide. Exhibitors should ensure all of their equipment and merchandise remains within the boundaries of their designated exhibitor space. At no time may an exhibitor obstruct an aisle in the show hall. Booths with complete or partial covers/roofs will be inspected by the Fire Marshall and exhibitors should be prepared to affect changes at the Marshall's request.


Exhibitor Setup

The exhibition hall will be open for vendor setup from 1 PM to 2:30 PM September 17 , 2016

All exhibitors must check in with Alana Rosa upon arrival to receive your table assignment and badges prior to unloading. If you have any questions about vendor setup, please contact fifteendynastyevents@gmail.com

Only show staff and exhibitors will be permitted in the show hall prior to 9:00 AM on Saturday when the show hall officially opens to presale ticket holders. Attendees who purchase tickets at the door will be permitted into the show at 10:00 AM.

Blocking visibility of other exhibitors with merchandise or signage is prohibited.


Important Note To All Vendors and Exhibitors

Vendors and exhibitors are required to be completely set up by 2:30 AM on Saturday afternoon

It is unfair to our show attendees to have to work around exhibitors who load in their booth after the doors have opened. If you absolutely can't be set up by 2;30 PM , please contact Alana ahead of time to work something out. We will do our best to accommodate you at our discretion. There will be no refunds for late or no-show vendors and we reserve the right to reallocate your space in the event of a no-show

About our Exhibitor Packages

While most trade show booths are only accessible from the front, most of our booths are accessible from at least three sides. We include a generous 4-5 feet of extra space between adjacent booths to maximize frontage available to attendees. All of our exhibitor spaces include clothed tables and electrical power in the price. Further, booths that are back-to-back with another row of exhibitors include a half-drape wall and full-height pipe for hanging signage.

Exhibitor Packages

  • Half booth
    10' by 5' floor space including a single 8' by 30" clothed and skirted table, up to two chairs and two vendor badges.
  • Single Booth
    Booth occupies 11' by 11' floor space. Includes three 8' by 30" clothed and skirted tables and two vendor badges. 
  • Double Booth
    Booth occupies 11' by 22' floor space. Includes up to six 8' by 30" clothed and skirted tables and four vendor badges. Booths sharing borders with other booths may fit fewer tables than free-standing booths. Talk to the vendor coordinator for details. 
  • Triple Booth
    Booth occupies 11' by 33' floor space. Includes up to nine 8' by 30" clothed and skirted tables and six vendor badges. Booths sharing borders with other booths may fit fewer tables than free-standing booths. Talk to the vendor coordinator for details. 
  • Mega Booth
    Booth occupies 11' by 44' or dimensions equaling an equivalent area. Includes up to twelve 8' by 30" clothed and skirted tables and eight vendor badges. Additional tables can be provided depending on booth layout. Booths sharing borders with other booths may fit fewer tables than free-standing booths. Talk to the vendor coordinator for details. 
  • Super-Mega Booth
    Booth occupies 30' by 30' or dimensions equaling an equivalent area. Includes up to sixteen 8' by 30" clothed and skirted tables and ten vendor badges. Additional tables can be provided depending on booth layout. Booths sharing borders with other booths may fit fewer tables than free-standing booths. Talk to the vendor coordinator for details.

Exhibitor Badges

Each exhibitor package contains a fixed number of exhibitor badges (see above). These badges grant the bearer access to the show hall during all pre- and post-show hours. We are unable to provide more exhibitor badges than are provided in each exhibitor package. Exhibitors may choose to purchase standard attendee badges at the time they pay for their exhibitor package. Contact the vendor coordinator for details.
