RETURN FIFTEEN DYNASTY ORDER USING RETURN LABEL

Get your return label by starting your online return and following the on-screen prompts. You will receive a preaddressed return label that can be used to ship your product back to us Fifteen Dynasty (Fifteen Dynasty receive a prepaid return label).

Some Fifteen Dynasty orders come with a return form and label in the box. If you received the form and label with your order, please fill out the form and place it in the box with your order, stick the label on the box, and drop the box off at any UPS or U.S. Postal Service location.

After your return is received, we will refund your original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Most Fifteen Dynasty purchases can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, you can still return your Fifteen Dynasty purchase for a full refund as long as it hasn't been used. Some restrictions apply.

FIFTEEN DYNASTY SHIPPING INFORMATION

The chart below lists the estimated delivery timelines for Fifteen Dynasty orders. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive more detailed shipping and delivery information.

• After you fill in your shipping information in Checkout, you can view the estimated delivery date for the available shipping options and make a selection.
