SK Pointblankbx is a hip hop artist, engineer, and producer based out of the Bronx. She was born and raised in New Jersey. She has a diverse music background with influences ranging from Missy Elliot, 50 Cent, John Mayer, and Eric Clapton.

Before she was pursuing a career as a musician, SK was an All-American track & field athlete and math graduate at MIT. When her running career ended with a chronic injury.

she started her music career traveled frequently between New York and Boston, playing shows in both states and hauling her recording equipment. She juggled a 9 to 5 in Boston with her growing presence on the New York scene, often sleeping in her car and traveling overnight.

When she finally connected with Pointblankbx in the Bronx, she made the permanent move to the home of hip hop as their music and video creation partnership gained ground.

Under the guidance of Pointblankbx, she began to learn from the greats: heading to DITC, meeting Showbiz, Lord Finesse, and Buckwild, producing for Ruff Ryders radio, and meeting DJ Kool Herc.

As she tracked back through hip hop history, she found inspiration from powerful female emcees like Queen Latifah, Heather B, and MC Lyte. To date, SK has released an EP called “Earth to SK,” including a track with Mysonne. She has performed at the House of Blues, SOBs, the Middle East, as well as venues across NY. She met The Founder of Fifteen Dynasty Management. She Also has an upcoming project staged to be released within the next few months.
